burn,baby,burn ....
Spt biasa , hari sabtu dan ahad yg wa tunggu2 tiba..cuma hadirnya cuti hujung minggu nie dlm bulan ramadhan membuatkan ia sedikit berbeza daripada yg sebelumnya.Malam jumaat tu,nak plan keluar rasa cam malas je , x byk aktiviti dpt buatpun..lepak kat rumah layan astro or tidor lagi baik .Feel guilty pulak tidor lps sahur ngan solat subuh,jawabnye ternak lemak..So,apa yg wa buat,mlm lps bukak posa buat2 rajin angkat dumbell.Angkat sekali,dua kali rasa cam nak berenti baik tgk tv je..dah masuk 3rd repetition tu baru angin datang.Tenaga hasil drp pembakaran nasik kerabu telur asin daging bakar campur air soya lepas berbuka tadi abis dibakar buat workout.Esk kol 4 pagi bangun sahur ringan2 je..lps tu tido balik.Sedor2 solat zohor,pastu tido balik sampai kol 4 ptg.Pastu mandi,solat asar,basuh baju then turun pergi pasar ramadhan.
Pattern aktiviti wa hari sabtu dan ahad nie sama je.Perform regular routine and mostly 20% surfing internet,20% daily activity,20% watching astro and tv downloaded series and the other 40% sleeping.That 40% is not productive although i had some pretty wonderful dreams about future success.hardly can't remember though ....
Em,next coming weekend has to plan something earlier to spice up things.Tertanya jugak kekadang tu ,kengkawan lain apa diaorang buat hujung minggu dalam bulan posa nie .....
